Inversion of the magnetic field of the Earth

At present, there is a shift of the earth's magnetic poles. So the South magnetic pole shifted already at 900 km in the direction of Australia and left the Antarctica. Offset speed by the latest data is 65 km per year. The North magnetic pole is shifting from the North America towards Siberia at a speed of 46 km per year. Apparently, we are seeing the beginning of the inversion the magnetic field of our planet (magnetic poles are reversed).

The phenomenon of magnetic poles inversion is observed on the planets of the Solar system that have strong enough magnetic field. Hence the conclusion — the cause of the inversion is cosmic. What is happening?

Our Solar system appears to be moving in a circle in a plane perpendicular to the plane of rotation of the galaxy, approaching the Zenith, leaving the galactic equator, or already passed the Zenith and moves in the opposite direction, to the galactic equator.

Let's see how the direction of the compass needle will change if the observer moves along the the earth's surface from the equator to the pole and then, through the pole again to the equator in a circle. Magnetic the arrow points to the North pole, which is indicated by a plus. Dashed line denote equator.

As you can see, at the North magnetic pole the compass needle will be set vertically. The same thing will happen at the South pole, only the arrow will turn back to the pole.

Now let's change the purpose of our drawing so that we don't draw the same thing twice. Circle, which denoted the globe, will now denote the spiral, which moves all the systems of stars, rotating around the center of the galaxy, and at the same time, in the plane perpendicular to the plane of rotation of the galaxy. Imagine a magnetic field instead of a magnetic compass needle Solar system. The dotted line is now the equator of the galaxy.

I Believe that all the stars, including the Solar system, revolve around the center of the galaxy spirals, periodically crossing its equator. I think this is caused by the rotation of the arms of our Galaxy, which rotate around the axis along which they move.. Thus, from the same figure it becomes obvious that the magnetic field inversion The solar system is inevitable. Moreover, in one revolution of the spiral inversion will occur twice.

it is Obvious that the inversion of the magnetic field of the Solar system will cause the inversion of the magnetic fields on all the planets around the Sun. It should be noted that any rotating system — is a gyroscope, the axis of rotation of which is perpendicular to the plane of rotation of the gyroscope and always retains its position in space in the same direction. Therefore, geographic poles are not subject to inversion, but their displacement, as will be described below, is quite possible.

I Believe that the maximum intensity of the earth's magnetic field will be when its lines of force are directed perpendicular to the plane of rotation of the planet and the minimum when they are will lie in the plane of rotation of the Earth (in the plane of the equator). As established by science, the magnetic field of the Earth has already weakened by 10% due to the displacement of the poles. I believe that this is the reason for the global warming on our planet. Some of the cosmic particles no longer encircles the planet, but pierce The earth's atmosphere, heating it.

Now let's see why the earth's magnetic poles are currently moving towards each other. Reflecting on this question, I came to the conclusion that there are two scenarios. The first option — the dipole is shifted as a whole. In this case, the magnetic poles are displaced towards each other, but the southern magnetic pole has a greater displacement speed than the Northern one. Thus, there is an inversion (revolution) of the earth's magnetic field.

Second variant — if the magnetic field dipole of our planet is not continuous. It consists of at least two parts, it is separated by the core of the planet. Although and each of these parts of, too, certainly, composite. The figure below shows two dipoles, first in a steady position, and then in a state of rotation. Let's see how these two parts will behave if under the influence of external forces there is a deviation from the steady state.

As can be seen from the figure, if one of the halves of the dipole begins to turn around its Central point, say, the southern half, which goes to the South pole, then the plus side of this half of the dipole will pull the minus of its Northern half. This will cause the rotation of the Northern half of the dipole around its Central point and thus the displacement of the North magnetic pole towards the South. But if this story is true, then soon on the Ground should appear magnitnyh two pairs of poles.

Watched a television program where it was reported that in Australia there was an earthquake as a result of which a huge crack appeared on the surface. Since this continent is located on a solid lithospheric plate and there are no volcanoes, it was suggested that in this case a new weapon was used. I assume that the cause of this incident is the inversion of the earth's magnetic poles.

The component of the magnetic dipole is probably caught under the bottom of the Antarctic plate over the obstacle, and the tension of the magnetic thrust all increased. When did this part of the dipole become free, it dealt a severe blow in the bottom of the Australian plate. Having considered this case, I came to the conclusion that geographical pole is also to change situation. This will happen if the magnetic dipoles will not be able to turn around inside the planet and the magnetic thrust will begin to displace the earth's crust, or rather make individual lithospheric plates move on the surface of the semi-liquid mantle, which in turn will move the entire earth's crust.

It Goes without saying that the axis of rotation of the planet will retain its position in space, since the earth's crust is a very small percentage of the mass of the entire planet. The displacement of the earth's crust relative to the axis of rotation of the planet – this will be the displacement of the geographical poles. Likely, reversal geographical of poles on 180 degrees will not, I think, but their position can change dramatically, causing drastic change of climatic zones.

The Inversion of the magnetic poles will be accompanied by an increase in cataclysms, the relief of the planet will change significantly. Perhaps, in the middle of the Arctic ocean, the continent will appear again, Hyperborea will rise from the bottom of the sea, and the Tethys ocean will return to its former place.

But this is, as they say, out of the realm of conjecture. And here's what happens in reality — earthquake in the Baikal region, then an earthquake in the southern Urals say that the dipole of the Northern magnetic pole moving toward Siberia, puts pressure on the tectonic plate, shifting Siberia in the direction of the equator. Therefore, we can assume that in the near future the Northern sea route will be easily passable, permafrost will melt.

But the main danger for all life on Earth will come when the magnetic dipole lies in the the plane of rotation of the planet (in the plane of the equator). Then the magnetic field strength will be minimal and our planet will remain without magnetic protection. The earth's surface will be bombarded by high-energy cosmic particles and solar wind. A period of sterilization of the planet and it can last many centuries.

Everything will depend on how quickly the magnetic dipole or its constituent parts unfold and The earth's magnetic field regains strength and stability. Perhaps, the exit will be found in underwater and in underground cities. Who lives on the ocean will try to survive under water. Those who live on the continent will try to survive underground. We are now finding the remains of such settlements. Probably, our ancestors also tried to survive on Earth.
